Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Casey Carroll started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Dania booed when Arslanian FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Odell Cates didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Ray Jamison had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Willie Knapp in the 15th minute of play forced Dania's goalkeeper Ervin Mayes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Arslanian FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Odell Cates hit a great ball. Lucero Antoine took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oliver Jefferson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zane Camp hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Ray Jamison managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dania's supporters rose to their feet, but Ray Jamison was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lucero Antoine breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 33rd minute Ronny McRae shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ervin Mayes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ronny McRae recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Odell Cates charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Odell Cates the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 41st match minute, Arslanian FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Odell Cates to maneuver through the defense. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Thurman Turner was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Dania booed when Arslanian FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilberto Christian didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dania's Jerold Ware couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Arslanian FC. Lucero Antoine showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Casey Carroll, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Willie Knapp got free with Ervin Mayes in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Casey Carroll had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Oliver Jefferson managed to get in a good position for a shot. In the 71st minute, Bo Evans hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Casey Carroll in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lucero Antoine prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A nice corner shot did that Zane Camp got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Lucero Antoine quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 75 minutes into the match, Casey Carroll had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lucero Antoine. Arslanian FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Casey Carroll was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Odell Cates was shown his second yellow card after 79 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 79 played minutes Arslanian FC got a freekick which was hit by Odell Cates. In the 81st minute, Ray Jamison ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lucero Antoine was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ray Jamison in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lucero Antoine prevented the ball from getting in the gole. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Dania had played much better football throughout.
