Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Nathan Echols kicked off to start the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Jonas Hurd kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Alonso Kinsey. That made the score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. In the 9th minute, Milo Huffman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Porter North was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Lisle AFC's Josef Fujieda got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Blue Sheep's Oswaldo Stanley slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Alonso Kinsey. That made the score 2-1 after 16 minutes of play. Nathan Echols kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Lisle AFC's Milo Huffman got a free kick in the 26th minute. Jonas Hurd's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alonso Kinsey read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. When Lisle AFC's Nathan Echols in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Blue Sheep's goalie prevented a goal. Oswaldo Stanley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Alonso Kinsey tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Josef Fujieda scored 3-2 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Porter North, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Benito Vigil struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Alonso Kinsey didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Blue Sheep. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-2.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Benito Vigil stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Benito Vigil struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Alonso Kinsey didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Blue Sheep. Porter North made an important save on a dangerous shot by Josef Fujieda in the 56th minute. Lamar Marquez kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. In the 70th minute Lisle AFC were awarded a corner. Pete Burt went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Lisle AFC's Pete Burt to fire away a dangerous shot which Porter North despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Benito Vigil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Blue Sheep's Porter North got control of the ball when Josef Fujieda tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lisle AFC's Waylon Cobb got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 89th minute Milo Huffman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Porter North saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Porter North showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nathan Echols, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. 91 minutes into the match, Lisle AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Benito Vigil came free, but Alonso Kinsey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Lisle AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Blue Sheep.
