Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sherman Barnes started the match with the kick off. South Weber AFC's Stevie Thomas got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Stevie Thomas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpected shot in the 11th minute by Sherman Barnes got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Pine Island AFC's James Zamora played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stevie Thomas in the 15th minute of play. In the 21st minute, Warner Colbert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. James Zamora took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hakim Belloumi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sherman Barnes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ollie Esposito having to interfere. A collision led to Pine Island AFC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Brendon Ponce hit a great ball. If Stevie Thomas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 34 minutes, Sherman Barnes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pine Island AFC and the South Weber AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 38th minute, Hakim Belloumi made a precise shot to the right of James Zamora. Pine Island AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. James Zamora made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stevie Thomas in the 42nd minute of play. Sherman Barnes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Ollie Esposito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 46 minutes into the match, Pine Island AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Stevie Thomas came free, but James Zamora reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 47th minute, Stephan Layton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 48th minute of the match Wilfred Vang shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but James Zamora showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The Pine Island AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. South Weber AFC were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Stevie Thomas to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of South Weber AFC booed when Pine Island AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cobi Potts didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Warner Colbert fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pine Island AFC's protests and gave Warner Colbert a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Pine Island AFC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Warner Colbert hit a great ball. James Zamora made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hakim Belloumi in the 62nd minute. A collision led to Pine Island AFC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Stephan Layton hit a great ball. In the 66th minute, Hakim Belloumi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. James Zamora was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Hakim Belloumi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stevie Thomas struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. James Zamora didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for South Weber AFC. Brendon Ponce was shown his second yellow card after 73 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to Pine Island AFC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Brendon Ponce hit a great ball. After having played for 75 minutes, Hakim Belloumi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. South Weber AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hakim Belloumi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Pine Island AFC's Warner Colbert in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye South Weber AFC's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stevie Thomas in the 80th minute of play forced Pine Island AFC's goalkeeper James Zamora to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hakim Belloumi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but James Zamora made a huge save. If Stevie Thomas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stevie Thomas in the 87th minute of play forced Pine Island AFC's goalkeeper James Zamora to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 87 minutes of play Pine Island AFC's Warner Colbert was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 88 played minutes Pine Island AFC got a freekick which was hit by Warner Colbert. With a little luck, Pine Island AFC's James Zamora got control of the ball when Hakim Belloumi tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Pine Island AFC's zone, Stevie Thomas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. James Zamora came out of the goal and Stevie Thomas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
