Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Enrique Clayton took the kick off in the first half of the match. Zane Lovett fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Van Franco having to interfere. Giuseppe Parsons recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 7 minutes into the match, Lake Of The Pines's goal looked a bit too open when Lorenzo Davis came free, but Van Franco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 9th minute of the match Leo Gaston shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Van Franco showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Lake Of The Pines's Enrique Clayton was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 10th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. 17 minutes into the match, Tamarac FC's Zane Lovett sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Van Franco narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Enrique Clayton's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ted Galindo was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. If Giuseppe Parsons had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Tamarac FC booed when Lake Of The Pines was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Duane Cano didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 38 minutes, Zane Lovett managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tamarac FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zane Lovett was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Tamarac FC's Zane Lovett in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lake Of The Pines's goalie prevented a goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Van Franco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zane Lovett in the 56th minute of the match. After 60 played minutes Tamarac FC got a freekick which was hit by Zane Lovett. In the 63rd minute, Del Beckman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Van Franco was a little too slow when Giuseppe Parsons got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 65th minute. The score was now 2-2. Zane Lovett received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Van Franco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Tamarac FC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Eric Gallagher hit a great ball. After 71 played minutes Tamarac FC got a freekick which was hit by Darryl Delaney. In the 72nd minute, Timothy Browne sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Tamarac FC's Ted Galindo didn't even have to move. 76 minutes into the game, Zane Lovett cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Van Franco was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Giuseppe Parsons received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Van Franco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Bobby Braxton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zane Lovett could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Van Franco made a huge save.
