Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Noel Denne kicked off to start the match. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Motagua's goalkeeper Sanford Benjamin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 7th match minute, FC Motagua was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Garrett Frey to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in FC Motagua's zone, Marcos Newby stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sanford Benjamin came out of the goal and Marcos Newby tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Jarrettsville booed when FC Motagua was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leland Cordero didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rd minute, Noel Denne got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Wilfred Courtney fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rob Childs having to interfere. Garrett Frey's late challenge caught a Jarrettsville's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Garrett Frey helped the player get up and apologised. FC Motagua's Sanford Benjamin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcos Newby in the 30th minute of play. Noel Denne fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rob Childs having to interfere. Ismael Rollins charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ismael Rollins the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ismael Rollins hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. In the 38th minute, Devon Guinn hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wilfred Courtney fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rob Childs having to interfere. After a rather tough play, FC Motagua's Wilfred Courtney got a free kick in the 43rd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leland Cordero during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Leland Cordero kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. When Damon Grossman came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Jarrettsville fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Damon Grossman couldn't finish the play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

If Devon Guinn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 55 minutes into the match, Jarrettsville's Devon Guinn sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sanford Benjamin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Arnold Matos fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jarrettsville's protests and gave Arnold Matos a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Jarrettsville getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Arnold Matos hit a great ball. Rob Childs didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wilfred Courtney went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. In the 70th minute, Arnold Matos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Wilfred Courtney received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Rob Childs tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jarrettsville's Damon Grossman got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sanford Benjamin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnold Matos in the 79th minute of play. Sanford Benjamin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Devon Guinn in the 81st minute of the match. Sanford Benjamin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnold Matos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sanford Benjamin was a little too slow when Devon Guinn got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 91st minute. The score was now 1-3. After 94 minutes of play FC Motagua's Garrett Frey was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 95th match minute, FC Motagua was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Garrett Frey to maneuver through the defense. The FC Motagua fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Jarrettsville were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
