Rupert Stover didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mike Granger went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Mike Granger managed to get in a good position for a shot. Harmony's supporters rose to their feet, but Mike Granger was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rupert Stover breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 8 minutes into the game, C.J. Herrera cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Rupert Stover was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Anson London kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. 18 minutes into the match, Harmony's Tanner Terry sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rupert Stover narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 19th minute, Miami Rams's Avery Zavala ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Mckinley Hemphill. Mckinley Hemphill yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Tanner Terry sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 25th match minute, Miami Rams was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rex Bush to maneuver through the defense. 27 minutes into the match, Miami Rams's goal looked a bit too open when Mike Granger came free, but Rupert Stover reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mike Granger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Rupert Stover tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Harmony's Mckinley Hemphill got control of the ball when Hal Gant tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hal Gant got free with Mckinley Hemphill in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tanner Terry sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 41st minute, C.J. Herrera left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Harmony fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hal Gant got free with Mckinley Hemphill in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Miami Rams players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Harmony were winning 1-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Avery Zavala made a kick off. In the 54th minute Mike Granger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rupert Stover saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Mike Granger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mckinley Hemphill made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hal Gant in the 65th minute of play. Rupert Stover made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Tanner Terry sent off a good shot on target. Harmony's Mckinley Hemphill played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hal Gant in the 67th minute of play. Tanner Terry struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Rupert Stover didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Harmony. The supporters of Harmony booed when Miami Rams was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Noel Staton didn't get a good kick on the ball. Avery Zavala hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Miami Rams's zone, Mike Granger stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rupert Stover came out of the goal and Mike Granger tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tanner Terry received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Rupert Stover tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 80 minutes, Noel Staton mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Miami Rams and the Harmony players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Harmony booed when Miami Rams was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Noel Staton didn't get a good kick on the ball. Herrera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. C.J. Herrera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rupert Stover having to interfere. When the match was over Harmony could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Miami Rams throughout the match.
