Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when J.P. Snyder took the kick off in the first half of the match. 8 minutes into the game, Eagar FC's Houston Howell nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rocco Mahoney made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Rocco Mahoney showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jerome Stjohn in the 16th minute of the match. Bill Ramsey was out of position in the 22 minute of play, and J.P. Snyder capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. J.P. Snyder really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Trinidad Blair kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Rocco Mahoney made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Houston Howell in the 32nd minute of play. Rocco Mahoney showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Woody Foreman in the 33rd minute of the match. Houston Howell blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rocco Mahoney having to make a save. 44 minutes into the match, Huntersville's goal looked a bit too open when Alex Brown came free, but Rocco Mahoney reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 47 minutes, Jerome Stjohn mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Eagar FC and the Huntersville players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 47th match minute, Eagar FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jerome Stjohn to maneuver through the defense. If J.P. Snyder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Houston Howell to make the kick off. Rocco Mahoney made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Jerome Stjohn sent off a good shot on target. Randall Paulson scored 2-1 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bill Ramsey, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 58th match minute, Huntersville was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernie Lake to maneuver through the defense. Rocco Mahoney made an important save on a dangerous shot by Houston Howell in the 61st minute. If Alex Brown had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Rocco Mahoney managed to avoid a goal in the 66thth minute, when Eagar FC's Alex Brown fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a rather tough play, Huntersville's Ernest McCall got a free kick in the 67th minute. After 69 played minutes Huntersville got a freekick which was hit by Ernest McCall. In the 73rd minute, Jerome Stjohn got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Huntersville getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Ernest McCall hit a great ball. In the 76th match minute, Huntersville was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luis Burris to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot 84 in the game by Jerome Stjohn from a close distance when the talented Rocco Mahoney managed to make a qualified save. Huntersville's players were relieved. Rocco Mahoney was a little too slow when Alex Brown got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 90th minute. The score was now 2-3. Houston Howell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rocco Mahoney having to interfere. Eagar FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
