After 28 played minutes La Trinitense Mecánica got a freekick which was hit by Tubal Power. 34 minutes into the match, Stokely Savary notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of La Trinitense Mecánica's Robert Baldeosingh. Robert Baldeosingh was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Buen Intento Village's Ansil Abraham got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stokely Savary in the 40th minute of play forced La Trinitense Mecánica's goalkeeper Robert Baldeosingh to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Robert Baldeosingh didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ansil Abraham went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. If Stokely Savary had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 46th match minute, La Trinitense Mecánica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bird Garcia to maneuver through the defense. In the 47th minute Stokely Savary shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robert Baldeosingh saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Stokely Savary was the one to do the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Darren Persaud in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ravi Kelly saved Buen Intento Village from getting behind. In the 90thth minute of the game Stokely Savary who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but La Trinitense Mecánica's Robert Baldeosingh was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Darren Persaud received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Ravi Kelly tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The La Trinitense Mecánica fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Buen Intento Village were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
