José Mitchell-Gift showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stephen Thompson in the 10th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Orange Valley Fire's Emru John Bailey got a free kick in the 13th minute. In the 14thth minute of the game Gillian Ganga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Orange Valley Fire's Basdeo Mohammed was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Gillian Ganga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chase Village's supporters rose to their feet, but Gillian Ganga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Basdeo Mohammed breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Emru John Bailey charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Emru John Bailey the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 17th match minute, Orange Valley Fire was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emru John Bailey to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by George Maxwell Glenn during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. José Mitchell-Gift showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stephen Thompson, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute.
