The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sarracino Barbeito during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Sarracino Barbeito hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Eriz Minilo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viviano Fontoria in the 9th minute of the match. The supporters of Villeta AFC booed when Tronquito AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Viviano Fontoria didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sendoa Garriga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Villeta AFC's Lico Goyanes got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Villeta AFC's Eriz Minilo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viviano Fontoria in the 26th minute of play. Txilar Fernandes charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Txilar Fernandes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 35 played minutes, Tronquito AFC's Bonifacio Santotis shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Eriz Minilo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Tronquito AFC reached it. Villeta AFC's Eriz Minilo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sendoa Garriga in the 36th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sendoa Garriga to strike the kick off in the second half. If Viviano Fontoria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hernando Odoardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Higinio Cadiñanos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 65 minutes into the match, Villeta AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Frantzes Perales came free, but Eriz Minilo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Villeta AFC's Eriz Minilo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Villeta AFC from getting a goal against them. Rodriguinho Gaúcho struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Higinio Cadiñanos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Villeta AFC. Sarracino Barbeito kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Villeta AFC's Rodriguinho Gaúcho suffered a sore thigh after 79 minutes and couldn't finish the game. In the 80th match minute, Tronquito AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bonifacio Santotis to maneuver through the defense. Eriz Minilo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Viviano Fontoria went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. With an all-out effort, Tronquito AFC's Eriz Minilo threw himself towards the right post 89 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Frantzes Perales, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Higinio Cadiñanos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hernando Odoardo in the 94th minute of play. Tronquito AFC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
