Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Lorenzo Merecilla started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Fagildo Gorostieta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Shantala Camerin having to interfere. When Lorenzo Merecilla came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Atajado AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lorenzo Merecilla couldn't finish the play. In the 9th minute, Lorenzo Merecilla ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Paio Bujia was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 16th minute, Tino Manes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Paio Bujia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franco Balbas in the 21st minute of play. If Franco Balbas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Atajado AFC's Shantala Camerin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fagildo Gorostieta in the 25th minute of play. Paio Bujia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lorenzo Merecilla's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. If Lorenzo Merecilla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Atajado AFC's Franco Balbas got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lorenzo Merecilla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 46 played minutes Pindo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Fagildo Gorostieta. When Fagildo Gorostieta got the opportunity to take care of a free kick it resulted in a really dangerous shot that almost went in the goal. Instead the ball went too high, a missed opportunity for Pindo AFC. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When Pindo AFC's Fagildo Gorostieta in 56 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Shantala Camerin guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Xavon Cardeños recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Shantala Camerin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fagildo Gorostieta in the 62nd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Franco Balbas got free with Paio Bujia in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Fagildo Gorostieta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Shantala Camerin was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. Paio Bujia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lorenzo Merecilla in the 70th minute of the match. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Atajado AFC's goalkeeper Shantala Camerin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 73rd minute, Lorenzo Merecilla made a precise shot to the right of Paio Bujia. Pindo AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. 77 minutes into the game, Lorenzo Merecilla lined in a short shot 1-3 behind a frustrated Paio Bujia. Xavon Cardeños scored 2-3 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Shantala Camerin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Lorenzo Merecilla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paio Bujia was out of position in the 87 minute of play, and Lorenzo Merecilla capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Lorenzo Merecilla really showed his touch with that goal: 2-4. If Franco Balbas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Atajado AFC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
