In the 4th minute, Virgilio Garandia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 7 minutes into the match, Atyra's goalkeeper Venerando Daque had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sayveon Romeo. Venerando Daque showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sayveon Romeo in the 8th minute of the match. Sayveon Romeo did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Venerando Daque 16 minutes into the match. A collision led to Estrella Verde C.F. getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Gaur Berlanga hit a great ball. Lopez Raigal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Sopuerta in the 22nd minute of the match. Adalberto Villaba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Venerando Daque tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 28 minutes into the game, Mariano Llarena was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Atyra's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Estrella Verde C.F. the free kick. In the 34th minute, Sansone Corneja hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Sayveon Romeo came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Estrella Verde C.F. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sayveon Romeo couldn't finish the play. Sansone Corneja made in the 41st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Xinaro Iscar immediately put the ball in play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Baiona Galdia to strike the kick off in the second half. Lopez Raigal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baiona Galdia, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Sayveon Romeo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sayveon Romeo in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Venerando Daque saved Atyra from getting behind. After 64 played minutes Atyra got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Sopuerta. Sansone Corneja made in the 67th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Xinaro Iscar. The supporters of Atyra booed when Estrella Verde C.F. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gartzen Ucedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Atyra getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Sansone Corneja hit a great ball. The Estrella Verde C.F. fans' excitement grew in the 74th match minute when Estrella Verde C.F.'s Sayveon Romeo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Sayveon Romeo might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Venerando Daque. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sayveon Romeo ran back to his position shaking his head. Luzea Armoña fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lopez Raigal having to interfere. In the 85th minute, Sayveon Romeo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Venerando Daque was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. If Sayveon Romeo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adalberto Villaba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 96th minute, Sayveon Romeo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Estrella Verde C.F. fans cheered their team off the field, for while Atyra had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
