Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rabah Al-Jazairia kicked off to start the match. Jean-Michel Saadane's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mansour Djaout read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. Jean-Michel Saadane fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mansour Djaout having to interfere. In the 20th match minute, Boyes Hot Springs FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karim Ben Bella to maneuver through the defense. With his leg Madhi Kraouche managed to avoid a goal in the 23rdth minute, when Boyes Hot Springs FC's Hamid Meriem fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After having played for 26 minutes, Zīn ud-Dīn Apap managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Merkel's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zīn ud-Dīn Apap was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mansour Djaout went to the wrong direction when Hemza Hadjadj was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Mohammad Ziani hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Boyes Hot Springs FC's goalkeeper Mansour Djaout, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, Merkel's Madhi Kraouche got control of the ball when Hamid Meriem tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mansour Djaout showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jean-Michel Saadane, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Zīn ud-Dīn Apap kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match.

In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Merkel's goalkeeper Madhi Kraouche, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 58th minute, Brahim Mimoun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Madhi Kraouche made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hamid Meriem in the 61st minute of play. Hamid Meriem fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Madhi Kraouche having to interfere. Merkel were awarded a corner in the 72th minute after Boyes Hot Springs FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Hemza Hadjadj took the corner. After some careless play in the Merkel defense, Hamid Meriem kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Madhi Kraouche. The Merkel fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Madhi Kraouche should have stopped the shot. Meziane Schoonmaker could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Mansour Djaout made a huge save. Faouzi Guendouz kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Madhi Kraouche showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rabah Al-Jazairia, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Boyes Hot Springs FC's Hamid Meriem got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 95th minute of the game. One of Merkel:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Boyes Hot Springs FC:s goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Merkel players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Boyes Hot Springs FC.
