The referee ignored Adelphi AFC's protests and gave Bouzid Diafat a yellow card for diving instead. Mustapha Labi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Fadel Meskine made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mustapha Labi got free with Fadel Meskine in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Djamal Douibi during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 11 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for McKinleyville! Gilles Kerbouche went to the wrong direction when Lakhdar Boniche was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Abderrahmane Sad charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Abderrahmane Sad the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, McKinleyville's Abderrahmane Sad got a free kick in the 16th minute. Gilles Kerbouche showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kamel Bouziane in the 17th minute of the match. A collision led to McKinleyville getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Abdelaziz Brahami hit a great ball. Abderrahmane Sad kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, McKinleyville's Abderrahmane Sad got a free kick in the 25th minute. After 27 played minutes McKinleyville got a freekick which was hit by Abderrahmane Sad. McKinleyville's Gilles Kerbouche played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bouzid Diafat in the 31st minute of play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bouzid Diafat made a kick off. Abdelaziz Brahami hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Gilles Kerbouche was out of position in the 65 minute of play, and Bouzid Diafat capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Bouzid Diafat really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. Mustapha Labi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Fadel Meskine tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 78 minutes, Mustapha Labi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. McKinleyville's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mustapha Labi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mustapha Labi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fadel Meskine having to interfere. After 88 minutes, Maamar Ben Khalidi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Adelphi AFC and the McKinleyville players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 88th minute, Maamar Ben Khalidi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mustapha Labi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle went the supporters of Adelphi AFC were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant McKinleyville side.
