With a left leg Zoheir Bendjedid saved South Pittsburg AFC from getting behind. In the 41st match minute, Stone Mountain was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Faouzi Tahar to maneuver through the defense. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Hocine Bentaala sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mimoun Ouid Bouazza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Zoheir Bendjedid made a huge save. When the match was over Stone Mountain could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than South Pittsburg AFC throughout the match.
