Alain Hima made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abderraouf Benarbia in the 4th minute. Cheb Ziani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Ahmed Medjoudj tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 18 minutes into the match, Breaux Bridge AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Fadhil Aziz came free, but Alain Hima reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Meziane Bougherra fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Breaux Bridge AFC's protests and gave Meziane Bougherra a yellow card for diving instead. Fadhil Aziz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alain Hima having to interfere. Alain Hima stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fadhil Aziz's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Breaux Bridge AFC's Alain Hima played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fadhil Aziz in the 26th minute of play. In the 28th minute Cheb Ziani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmed Medjoudj saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alain Hima showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fadhil Aziz, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 36th minute, Abderaouf Taha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fadhil Aziz in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alain Hima saved Breaux Bridge AFC from getting behind. Abderraouf Benarbia's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 45thth minute, Alain Hima skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

In the 52nd minute Abderraouf Benarbia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alain Hima saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alain Hima didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Abderraouf Benarbia went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hakim Ulansi during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Hakim Ulansi hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fadhil Aziz in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alain Hima saved Breaux Bridge AFC from getting behind. Temecula's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Tedj Bessou 72 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-1. Fadhil Aziz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Alain Hima tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fadhil Aziz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The attack was good, but when Tedj Bessou in the 83rd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abderraouf Benarbia in the 88th minute of play forced Breaux Bridge AFC's goalkeeper Alain Hima to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hakim Ulansi was shown his second yellow card after 92 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. 94 minutes into the match, Breaux Bridge AFC's Amar Harkouk broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. When the match had gone on for 96 minutes, Cheb Ziani put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Ahmed Medjoudj. The Temecula supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Breaux Bridge AFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Breaux Bridge AFC.
