Mouloud Bencherif fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Khair ad-Din Aarache having to interfere. If Karim Belloumi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mouloud Bencherif received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Khair ad-Din Aarache tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 19 minutes into the match, Manchester United's Karim Belloumi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Khair ad-Din Aarache narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mouloud Bencherif got free with Khair ad-Din Aarache in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Khair ad-Din Aarache didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Manchester United's Karim Belloumi shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-0 in the ordered_time% minute. If Mouloud Bencherif had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Karim Belloumi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Khair ad-Din Aarache having to interfere. Yazid Gourion showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hocine Benchenaa in the 33rd minute of the match. Khair ad-Din Aarache was a little too slow when Karim Belloumi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 34th minute. The score was now 2-0. After having played for 39 minutes, Madjid Chebal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pulaski FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Madjid Chebal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 43 minutes, Rachid Zaaf mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pulaski FC and the Manchester United players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Pulaski FC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Rachid Zaaf hit a great ball. If Mouloud Bencherif had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hocine Benchenaa to make the kick off. When Manchester United's Mouloud Bencherif in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Yazid Gourion didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mahieddine Ziani went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Manchester United's Yazid Gourion proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Manchester United from getting a goal against them. Noureddine Hadjadj kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Yazid Gourion showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hocine Benchenaa, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hamid Zemmamouche got free with Yazid Gourion in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 73 minutes into the match, Manchester United's goal looked a bit too open when Hocine Benchenaa came free, but Yazid Gourion reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mouloud Bencherif in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Khair ad-Din Aarache prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 78th minute Manchester United were awarded a corner. Tayeb Bouzid went to the cornerflag to take it. After having played for 79 minutes, Karim Belloumi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mouloud Bencherif in the 85th minute of play forced Pulaski FC's goalkeeper Khair ad-Din Aarache to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Karim Belloumi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Manchester United's supporters rose to their feet, but Karim Belloumi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Khair ad-Din Aarache breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Yazid Gourion showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hocine Benchenaa in the 93rd minute of the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Manchester United fully deserved thier win.
