Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Farès Benarbia in the 4th minute of play forced Scotland Neck's goalkeeper Hameur Matoub to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hocine Mezair blasted a shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mohammad Kaci Nasri having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Zephyrhills's zone, Bendjedid Lelouch stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mohammad Kaci Nasri came out of the goal and Bendjedid Lelouch tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Farès Benarbia in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hameur Matoub prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 17th minute, Jean-Baptiste Bouchemla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hocine Mezair struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Mohammad Kaci Nasri didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Scotland Neck. After 31 played minutes Scotland Neck got a freekick which was hit by Boudjemaa Larbes. After 32 played minutes, Zephyrhills's Hocine Bencherif shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Hameur Matoub came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Zephyrhills reached it. Abdelnacer Laura Douibi charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Hocine Bencherif, 35 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Zoheir Zaaf received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Hameur Matoub tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bendjedid Lelouch fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mohammad Kaci Nasri having to interfere. Zephyrhills's Mohammad Kaci Nasri proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Zephyrhills from getting a goal against them. Bendjedid Lelouch fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mohammad Kaci Nasri having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Scotland Neck's Hocine Mezair got a free kick in the 46th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
51 minutes into the match, Bendjedid Lelouch notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Zephyrhills's Mohammad Kaci Nasri. Mohammad Kaci Nasri was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Zoheir Zaaf who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 55thth minute tested the skills of Hameur Matoub when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Abdelhani Sadi fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Scotland Neck's protests and gave Abdelhani Sadi a yellow card for diving instead. Mohammad Kaci Nasri came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Scotland Neck's Hocine Mezair. But to his dismay, Hocine Mezair quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. 62 minutes into the match, Zephyrhills's goal looked a bit too open when Hocine Mezair came free, but Mohammad Kaci Nasri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 64 minutes, Abderaouf Bentaala mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Scotland Neck and the Zephyrhills players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 64th match minute, Scotland Neck was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abderaouf Bentaala to maneuver through the defense. If Farès Benarbia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind Zephyrhills's goalkeeper Mohammad Kaci Nasri, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 79 minutes of play, Scotland Neck's Abderaouf Bentaala made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mohammad Kaci Nasri was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Zoheir Zaaf came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Zephyrhills fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zoheir Zaaf couldn't finish the play. Farès Benarbia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Hameur Matoub tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 89th minute, Zoheir Zaaf left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zephyrhills fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. After 95 played minutes Scotland Neck got a freekick which was hit by Abderaouf Bentaala. 96 minutes into the match, Scotland Neck's goal looked a bit too open when Farès Benarbia came free, but Hameur Matoub reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Scotland Neck were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Zephyrhills for a fine match.
