Soltani Abdelghani kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. When Abdel Karim Sadaoui came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the FC Barcalona fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abdel Karim Sadaoui couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kader Hamruche in the 21st minute of play forced Branch FC's goalkeeper Farid Mimoun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Branch FC booed when FC Barcalona was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hocine Fadhil Mohamed didn't get a good kick on the ball. Noureddine Saïfi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Branch FC's Yazid Menad got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Branch FC fans' excitement grew in the 47th match minute when Branch FC's Yazid Menad looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The FC Barcalona players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Branch FC were winning 0-2.

After 52 played minutes FC Barcalona got a freekick which was hit by Ismaël Seghiri. After 61 minutes of play, FC Barcalona's Kader Hamruche made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Farid Mimoun was left in no man's land by his defense there! Kader Hamruche fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Farid Mimoun having to interfere. In the 91st minute, Soltani Abdelghani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 97 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Branch FC! The Branch FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
