When Tedj Kermali came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Randolph fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tedj Kermali couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Randolph booed when Edgemoor AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mohammed Ahmed Ben Maroc didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edgemoor AFC's Abdellah Saadane played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hocine Kourichi in the 10th minute of play. Ali Djenia Lkbira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chaba Ramdane having to interfere. Ali Djenia Lkbira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hocine Kourichi in the 27th minute of play forced Edgemoor AFC's goalkeeper Abdellah Saadane to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edgemoor AFC's Abdellah Saadane played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hocine Kourichi in the 31st minute of play. After having played for 33 minutes, Hocine Kourichi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Randolph's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hocine Kourichi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Hocine Kourichi came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Randolph fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hocine Kourichi couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Edgemoor AFC getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Jussef Ben Benaouf hit a great ball. Mohammed Ahmed Ben Maroc's late challenge caught a Randolph's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mohammed Ahmed Ben Maroc helped the player get up and apologised. After 45 played minutes Edgemoor AFC got a freekick which was hit by Mohammed Ahmed Ben Maroc. Abdellah Saadane showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hocine Kourichi in the 46th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hocine Kourichi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Chaba Ramdane showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ali Djenia Lkbira, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Tedj Kermali received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Abdellah Saadane tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 57thth minute of the game Hocine Kourichi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Edgemoor AFC's Abdellah Saadane was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Randolph booed when Edgemoor AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jussef Ben Benaouf didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Redha Bouzid in the 64th minute of play forced Randolph's goalkeeper Chaba Ramdane to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Randolph's Cheb Badis got a free kick in the 64th minute. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Randolph's goalkeeper Chaba Ramdane, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Abdellah Saadane came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Randolph's Tedj Kermali. But to his dismay, Tedj Kermali quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Cheb Badis kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Tedj Kermali recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Edgemoor AFC's Abdellah Saadane proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Edgemoor AFC from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Randolph's zone, Ali Djenia Lkbira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Chaba Ramdane came out of the goal and Ali Djenia Lkbira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Randolph supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Randolph would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
