Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) 4 minutes into the match, Sun Super Stars's goal looked a bit too open when Bendjedid Ben Bella came free, but Abelardo Mateus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abelardo Mateus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yasmina Heddou in the 6th minute of the match. If Nasreddine Djahnine had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bendjedid Ben Bella in the 12th minute of play forced Sun Super Stars's goalkeeper Abelardo Mateus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Fouad Souakri came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Sun Super Stars fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fouad Souakri couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Sun Super Stars's Abelardo Mateus got control of the ball when Bendjedid Ben Bella tried to sneak it across the goal line. 17 minutes into the match, Sun Super Stars's goalkeeper Abelardo Mateus had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bendjedid Ben Bella. In the 24th minute, Bendjedid Ben Bella made a precise shot to the right of Abelardo Mateus. Sun Super Stars's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Abelardo Mateus made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Bendjedid Ben Bella sent off a good shot on target. After 31 minutes of play, Saugus's Bendjedid Ben Bella made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Abelardo Mateus was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience thought a goal was coming when Yasmina Heddou got free with Abelardo Mateus in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 40 minutes of play, Saugus's Bendjedid Ben Bella made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Abelardo Mateus was left in no man's land by his defense there! Adlène Cherrad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lounès Sakhri, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lounès Sakhri to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the game, Nasreddine Djahnine cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Abelardo Mateus was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 60th minute Yasmina Heddou shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abelardo Mateus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Sun Super Stars's Joos Gallot got a free kick in the 65th minute. Abelardo Mateus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bendjedid Ben Bella, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Khair ad-Din Kermali made in the 71st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Lounès Sakhri. Nadir Bouziane kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. The supporters of Sun Super Stars booed when Saugus was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yasmina Heddou didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Saugus's Mehdi Sellal got a free kick in the 91st minute. There was no doubt that Saugus were the better team. Saugus's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
