Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Haroldo Bonifaco made the kick off which started today's match. 3 minutes into the match, Poplar Bluff AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Haroldo Bonifaco came free, but Medjadi Lacen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mahieddine Djeballi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdel Hamid Chaouchi in the 5th minute of play. In the 6th match minute, Junction City FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Redha Hadj Aïssa to maneuver through the defense. Medjadi Lacen made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Redha Hadj Aïssa sent off a good shot on target. In the 12th minute, Abdel Hamid Chaouchi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Poplar Bluff AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 15th minute Haroldo Bonifaco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Medjadi Lacen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mahieddine Djeballi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdel Hamid Chaouchi in the 25th minute of play. Samir Aggoune charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Samir Aggoune the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Poplar Bluff AFC booed when Junction City FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samir Aggoune didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mahieddine Djeballi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdel Hamid Chaouchi in the 30th minute of play. Poplar Bluff AFC's Medjadi Lacen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Haroldo Bonifaco in the 31st minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, Junction City FC's goal looked a bit too open when Abdel Hamid Chaouchi came free, but Mahieddine Djeballi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hocine Oussalah made a kick off. Hamid Deghmani hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdel Hamid Chaouchi in the 53rd minute of play forced Junction City FC's goalkeeper Mahieddine Djeballi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Samir Aggoune hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. A collision led to Poplar Bluff AFC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Ismael Haddou hit a great ball. A collision led to Junction City FC getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Hamid Deghmani hit a great ball. After 70 played minutes Junction City FC got a freekick which was hit by Yazid Said. Medjadi Medjiba took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 71st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mahieddine Djeballi. Junction City FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 73rd minute, Hocine Oussalah ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mahieddine Djeballi was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Abdel Hamid Chaouchi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mahieddine Djeballi having to interfere. In the 79th minute, Haroldo Bonifaco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Medjadi Lacen was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. If Samir Aggoune had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 84 minutes, Redha Hadj Aïssa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Junction City FC and the Poplar Bluff AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 84th match minute, Junction City FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Redha Hadj Aïssa to maneuver through the defense. In the 87th minute Medjadi Medjiba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mahieddine Djeballi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Poplar Bluff AFC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
