Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Baltazar Herreros made the kick off which started today's match. 3 minutes into the match, Colimavia 's Odol Unger sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Viviano Mouat narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 4th minute of the game. One of Choyota:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Colimavia :s goal. Xamín Rencoret kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Colimavia 's Rogelio Urruticoechea got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Odol Unger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rogelio Urruticoechea in the 20th minute of play forced Choyota's goalkeeper Viviano Mouat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Colimavia 's Yoel Granada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baltazar Herreros in the 29th minute of play. In the 31st minute Baltazar Herreros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yoel Granada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Odol Unger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Colimavia 's Xamín Rencoret got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 40th minute Baltazar Herreros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yoel Granada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Baltazar Herreros received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Yoel Granada came out and tried to block the shot, but Baltazar Herreros slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 42nd minute. Baltazar Herreros recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rogelio Urruticoechea was the one to do the kick off. Rogelio Urruticoechea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Viviano Mouat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Choyota's zone, Rogelio Urruticoechea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Viviano Mouat came out of the goal and Rogelio Urruticoechea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Viviano Mouat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rogelio Urruticoechea, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. A collision led to Colimavia getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Felipe Caldera hit a great ball. Baltazar Herreros's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Yoel Granada read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. When Colimavia 's Rogelio Urruticoechea in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Choyota's goalie prevented a goal. Colimavia 's Xamín Rencoret got his second yellow card of the match in the 86th minute. The referee ordered Xamín Rencoret off the ground. In the 87th match minute, Colimavia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xamín Rencoret to maneuver through the defense. Odol Unger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Viviano Mouat having to interfere. Choyota's Baltazar Herreros got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Colimavia played a much better game than Choyota and deserved their victory. The Choyota players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
