Fabio Deuth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Victoriano San Miguel came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Pejerrey fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victoriano San Miguel couldn't finish the play. Fabio Deuth came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Pejerrey's Adolfo Dol. But to his dismay, Adolfo Dol quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 19th match minute, Pejerrey was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sandro Vásquez to maneuver through the defense. The Pejerrey fans' excitement grew in the 25th match minute when Pejerrey's Victoriano San Miguel looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a little luck, Aza AFC's Fabio Deuth got control of the ball when Victoriano San Miguel tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Pejerrey booed when Aza AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ismael Gana didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adolfo Dol in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabio Deuth prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Adolfo Dol had several of the Aza AFC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 35 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 4-0 score and a disappointed Fabio Deuth as he didn't even see the shot coming. Roger Alfaro charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roger Alfaro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Aza AFC's Roger Alfaro got a free kick in the 39th minute. Fabio Deuth acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 39th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Firmín Rodenas. Adolfo Dol was extremely unlucky when he, in the 41st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Adolfo Dol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. When the match had gone on for 45 minutes, Victoriano San Miguel put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Fabio Deuth. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.
A collision led to Pejerrey getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Roldán Gabler hit a great ball. Tamariz Raffo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cornelio Verdejo having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Adolfo Dol's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fabio Deuth was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. Victoriano San Miguel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fabio Deuth read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. A collision led to Aza AFC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Roger Alfaro hit a great ball. After 62 played minutes Pejerrey got a freekick which was hit by Demesio Abbatte. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adolfo Dol in the 66th minute of play forced Aza AFC's goalkeeper Fabio Deuth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabio Deuth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adolfo Dol in the 70th minute of the match. Victoriano San Miguel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Pejerrey's Adolfo Dol, in the 74th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Pejerrey. Fabio Deuth didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Victoriano San Miguel went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. Ervigio Rallo's late challenge caught a Pejerrey's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ervigio Rallo helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Aza AFC's Ervigio Rallo got a free kick in the 80th minute. 81 minutes into the game, Pejerrey's Adolfo Dol nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fabio Deuth made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. In the 84th minute, Sandro Vásquez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 89 minutes, Demesio Abbatte managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pejerrey's supporters crossed their fingers, but Demesio Abbatte was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Tamariz Raffo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Pejerrey fully deserved thier win.
