A very good chance. Haroldo Camilo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raúl Waddington in the 8th minute of play. 10 minutes into the match, Adán Campo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of José Julio Maturana, 1-0. Pinone Baesler who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 18thth minute tested the skills of José Julio Maturana when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 20th match minute, Camina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francisco Aiach to maneuver through the defense. Haroldo Camilo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raúl Waddington in the 25th minute of the match. After having played for 28 minutes, Ruyman Ward managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Algarrobal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ruyman Ward was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. José Julio Maturana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adán Campo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Raúl Waddington's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Haroldo Camilo was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. Ruyman Ward fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haroldo Camilo having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raúl Waddington in the 41st minute of play forced Camina's goalkeeper Haroldo Camilo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Algarrobal's José Julio Maturana got control of the ball when Pinone Baesler tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ruyman Ward fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haroldo Camilo having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Ruyman Ward struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Haroldo Camilo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Algarrobal. After a defensive mix-up in Algarrobal's zone, Adán Campo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. José Julio Maturana came out of the goal and Adán Campo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Raúl Waddington might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Haroldo Camilo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Raúl Waddington ran back to his position shaking his head. Adán Campo charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adán Campo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Algarrobal booed when Camina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adán Campo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ruyman Ward who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 78thth minute tested the skills of Haroldo Camilo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 82 minutes into the match, Camina's goal looked a bit too open when Raúl Waddington came free, but Haroldo Camilo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 83rd minute, Raúl Waddington reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Haroldo Camilo. The goal made the score 2-1. If Ruyman Ward had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Raúl Waddington sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The Camina players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
