Cornelio Pacull fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Archibaldo Pérez having to interfere. Adelmo Vela fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacinto Garbiso having to interfere. Archibaldo Pérez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teodor Mannhardt, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Trabunco AFC were furious when Vincente Ascuí was red carded, 64 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 63 minutes into the game, one of Trabunco AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Jacinto Garbiso, was totally fooled by Caliboro FC's Calixto Echazarreta, who 66 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. When Caliboro FC's Aureliano Báez in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 73rd minute Aureliano Báez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacinto Garbiso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Trabunco AFC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Aureliano Báez 75 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-2. If Aureliano Báez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jacinto Garbiso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adelmo Vela in the 84th minute. Jacinto Garbiso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aureliano Báez in the 86th minute of play. Archibaldo Pérez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teodor Mannhardt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
