In the 15th minute, Orlín Grau ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Xavi Martínez was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Xavi Martínez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Orlín Grau went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Roger Caicedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Florián Chavez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romeo Heredia having to interfere. Xavi Martínez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauro Guardas in the 37th minute of play. In the 40th minute of the match, Florián Chavez tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Romeo Heredia saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. If Roger Caicedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Florián Chavez to make the kick off. Florián Chavez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Xavi Martínez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauro Guardas in the 57th minute of play. Xavi Martínez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Orlín Grau in the 58th minute. Roger Caicedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romeo Heredia having to interfere. Romeo Heredia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Florián Chavez's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. Roger Caicedo struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Romeo Heredia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Conaco AFC. After 66 played minutes Llalanusco got a freekick which was hit by Aurelius Garcés. Romeo Heredia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roger Caicedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 69 minutes of play, Conaco AFC's Roger Caicedo made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Romeo Heredia was left in no man's land by his defense there! Roger Caicedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romeo Heredia having to interfere. Romeo Heredia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roger Caicedo in the 91st minute of the match. In the 93rd minute, Orlín Grau left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Llalanusco fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Chants of Llalanusco echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Conaco AFC had held the ball for most of the match.
