Aldo Della showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Caupolicán Barahona in the 5th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Blanco Almeida in the 9th minute of play forced Guntro FC's goalkeeper Jonatán Villar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Blanco Almeida received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Jonatán Villar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Blanco Almeida in the 15th minute of play forced Guntro FC's goalkeeper Jonatán Villar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Enquelca's Aldo Della got control of the ball when Domingo Ferrero tried to sneak it across the goal line. Aldo Della showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Caupolicán Barahona in the 18th minute of the match. 22 minutes into the game, Manolo Vargas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Guntro FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Enquelca the free kick. A collision led to Guntro FC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Manolo Vargas hit a great ball. Lucián Maquieira, 23 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Jonatán Villar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benito Zamorano, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Manolo Vargas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aldo Della having to interfere. In the 29th minute Caupolicán Barahona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aldo Della saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 29th minute, Genaro Concha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Manolo Vargas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aldo Della was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. Aldo Della showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Caupolicán Barahona in the 36th minute of the match. Enquelca's Aldo Della played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Caupolicán Barahona in the 41st minute of play. Jonatán Villar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Blanco Almeida, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Blanco Almeida had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Caupolicán Barahona was the one to do the kick off. Aldo Della showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Caupolicán Barahona in the 52nd minute of the match. Benito Zamorano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Jonatán Villar made a huge save. Aldo Della came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Guntro FC's Caupolicán Barahona. But to his dismay, Caupolicán Barahona quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Enquelca's Aldo Della played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domingo Ferrero in the 64th minute of play. Benito Zamorano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Benito Zamorano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Benito Zamorano succeeded in the game's 77th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-1. Aldo Della showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Domingo Ferrero, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. 3-1 became the score in the 85th minute when Caupolicán Barahona elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Blanco Almeida managed to get in a good position for a shot. Enquelca's supporters rose to their feet, but Blanco Almeida was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonatán Villar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 96th minute Domingo Ferrero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aldo Della saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Enquelca's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Guntro FC had won, even though Enquelca had held more of the ball.
