Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Navidad's Mariano Aristorena started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Mariano Aristorena fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Navidad's protests and gave Mariano Aristorena a yellow card for diving instead. In the 3rd minute, Mariano Aristorena hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. José Carlos Fontaner made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ramón Fridman in the 4th minute. After 6th play minutes Apolo Véjar shot 1-0, a short shot which went by José Carlos Fontaner and just under the crossbar into goal. Constantino Angeloni didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bayron Pattillo went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Paulo Diaz y 10 mas's Frances Doursther got a free kick in the 13th minute. When Navidad's Bayron Pattillo in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Paulo Diaz y 10 mas's goalie prevented a goal. José Carlos Fontaner made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Ramón Fridman sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Navidad booed when Paulo Diaz y 10 mas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Simón Undona didn't get a good kick on the ball. Apolo Véjar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. José Carlos Fontaner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Apolo Véjar received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. José Carlos Fontaner came out and tried to block the shot, but Apolo Véjar slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 29th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Navidad's zone, Ramón Fridman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. José Carlos Fontaner came out of the goal and Ramón Fridman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Paulo Diaz y 10 mas's Constantino Angeloni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Aristorena in the 34th minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Paulo Diaz y 10 mas's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Aristorena came free, but Constantino Angeloni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Carlos Gustavo Claude came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Paulo Diaz y 10 mas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carlos Gustavo Claude couldn't finish the play. 40 minutes into the game, Apolo Véjar recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of José Carlos Fontaner. Apolo Véjar showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. After a defensive mix-up in Navidad's zone, Apolo Véjar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. José Carlos Fontaner came out of the goal and Apolo Véjar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Navidad's José Carlos Fontaner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Apolo Véjar in the 47th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ramón Fridman to make the kick off. Tancredo Aránguiz kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. In the 54th minute Paulo Diaz y 10 mas were awarded a corner. Rodrigo Rumie went to the cornerflag to take it. Cresenciano Hollstein thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished José Carlos Fontaner, a very annoying self made goal in the 54th minute which led to 4-1. After 59 minutes of play, Paulo Diaz y 10 mas's Ramón Fridman made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. José Carlos Fontaner was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Apolo Véjar in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck José Carlos Fontaner prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bayron Pattillo scored 5-2 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Constantino Angeloni, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. José Carlos Fontaner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramón Fridman in the 69th minute of play. Apolo Véjar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. José Carlos Fontaner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Navidad getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Eulalio Benavente hit a great ball. Apolo Véjar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 80 minutes into the match, Paulo Diaz y 10 mas's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Aristorena came free, but Constantino Angeloni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. José Carlos Fontaner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Apolo Véjar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Apolo Véjar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but José Carlos Fontaner read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play.
