Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Clemencín Arriagada took the kick off in the first half of the match. Luis María Jackson hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Octavio Allison showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clemencín Arriagada in the 8th minute of the match. If Clemencín Arriagada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Folilco booed when Quirihue was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Florentino Urceda didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 20th minute, Benjamín Aichele got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Modesto Pantaleon in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pau Acharan saved Quirihue from getting behind. Clemencín Arriagada might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Octavio Allison. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Clemencín Arriagada ran back to his position shaking his head. Benjamín Aichele fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Octavio Allison having to interfere. Clemencín Arriagada's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Octavio Allison read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Clemencín Arriagada fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Clemencín Arriagada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 41 minutes, Benjamín Aichele managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Quirihue's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benjamín Aichele was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 44thth minute of the game Clemencín Arriagada who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Folilco's Octavio Allison was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 46 minutes into the match, Quirihue's goal looked a bit too open when Modesto Pantaleon came free, but Pau Acharan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Xavián Mackenney had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Folilco's Octavio Allison played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamín Aichele in the 54th minute of play. The Quirihue fans' excitement grew in the 58th match minute when Quirihue's Benjamín Aichele looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a defensive mix-up in Quirihue's zone, Timeteo Devilat stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pau Acharan came out of the goal and Timeteo Devilat tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 66 minutes into the game, Marino Basurto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Quirihue's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Folilco the free kick. Marino Basurto hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Octavio Allison showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clemencín Arriagada, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Clemencín Arriagada fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Octavio Allison having to interfere. Quirihue's Pau Acharan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Quirihue from getting a goal against them. Octavio Allison showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benjamín Aichele, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Octavio Allison made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clemencín Arriagada in the 84th minute of play. Maurín Velasco's late challenge caught a Folilco's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Maurín Velasco helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Quirihue's Maurín Velasco got a free kick in the 95th minute. Folilco's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
