With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maurino Willis in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Laureano Domínguez saved EL RUBIO FC from getting behind. In the 45th match minute, EL RUBIO FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alcadio Garachena to maneuver through the defense. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alcadio Garachena to make the kick off.
