Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Magallanes FC's Patricio Piedra proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Magallanes FC from getting a goal against them. 7 minutes into the match, Husares de la Muerte's goal looked a bit too open when Bertrán Abaitua came free, but Martin Kennewell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sergi Hesler in the 10th minute of play forced Magallanes FC's goalkeeper Patricio Piedra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bertrán Abaitua hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Patricio Piedra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rosalio Ribilla in the 18th minute of play. Carlos Gustavo Gorbea kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Xavián Kirck during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Magallanes FC booed when Husares de la Muerte was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xavián Kirck didn't get a good kick on the ball. Juanjo Carretero's late challenge caught a Husares de la Muerte's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Juanjo Carretero helped the player get up and apologised. Juanjo Carretero hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. In the 31st minute, Igor Valenzuela left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Magallanes FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 36th minute, Rómulo Arriaran ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Martin Kennewell was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 39th minute, Bertrán Abaitua hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 43rd minute, Husares de la Muerte's Boris Zamiralov ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Patricio Piedra. Patricio Piedra yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bertrán Abaitua stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Magallanes FC's goal looked a bit too open when Guntademaro Farne came free, but Patricio Piedra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Boris Zamiralov kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Igor Valenzuela got free with Martin Kennewell in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 78th minute Conrado Mac Iver shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patricio Piedra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rómulo Arriaran struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Martin Kennewell didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Magallanes FC. If Igor Valenzuela had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Magallanes FC's Patricio Piedra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guntademaro Farne in the 92nd minute of play. Bertrán Abaitua fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Kennewell having to interfere.
