In the 14th match minute, Sebas Patriots was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gerry Hathaway to maneuver through the defense. Garret Ladd took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 14th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Phil George. Sebas Patriots's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Antonio Cummins received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Stan Clayton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 18 minutes into the match Édouard McManus climbed in front of goal and pressed up 1-0 in the right cross behind a totally surprised Stan Clayton. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Cummins in the 23rd minute of play forced Alma AFC's goalkeeper Stan Clayton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Alma AFC's Esmé Jarvis got a free kick in the 28th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Édouard McManus got free with Stan Clayton in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Édouard McManus took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Stan Clayton. Stan Clayton dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. If Elbert Allain had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Antonio Cummins made a kick off. Édouard McManus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Stan Clayton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stan Clayton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Édouard McManus in the 58th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the game, Marcelo Blount was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sebas Patriots's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Alma AFC the free kick. Marcelo Blount kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. The audience held their breath when Esmé Jarvis in the 62nd minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Phil George's left hand side. Elbert Allain received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Phil George tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Phil George made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eloy Bateman in the 68th minute of play. Antonio Cummins sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 73 played minutes Sebas Patriots got a freekick which was hit by Gerry Hathaway. The audience was convinced that Eloy Bateman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Phil George was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. Phil George made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Elbert Allain sent off a good shot on target. Édouard McManus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Elbert Allain received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Phil George tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 83rd minute Antonio Cummins shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stan Clayton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Elbert Allain had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gaston Hanson kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Sebas Patriots were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Alma AFC for a fine match.
