Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sanford German started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Quetico's Reuben Connelly got a free kick in the 3rd minute. 4 minutes into the game, Sanford German recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Columbus Canales. Sanford German showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Jerold Conley scored 2-0 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Columbus Canales, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jerold Conley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Columbus Canales tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 19th minute Maynard Boudreaux shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pablo Watkins saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Quetico's Columbus Canales got control of the ball when Jerold Conley tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 24th match minute, Glenelg AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rémi Chamberlain to maneuver through the defense. In the 26thth minute of the game Maynard Boudreaux who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Glenelg AFC's Pablo Watkins was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Quetico's Columbus Canales played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sanford German in the 27th minute of play. In the 32nd minute, Maynard Boudreaux left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Quetico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. If Maynard Boudreaux had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sanford German fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Columbus Canales having to interfere. If Sanford German had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Glenelg AFC's Rolland Prince got a free kick in the 46th minute. In the 47th minute of the match Cornelius Guy shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pablo Watkins showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Valère Auclair to make the kick off. If Maynard Boudreaux had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 58th minute, Chester Atkinson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maynard Boudreaux sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Valère Auclair had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th minute, Jerold Conley got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Reuben Connelly kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Sanford German's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Columbus Canales was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. Maynard Boudreaux could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Pablo Watkins made a huge save. If Jerold Conley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Quetico booed when Glenelg AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adan Woodson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 85 played minutes, Quetico's Cornelius Guy shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Pablo Watkins came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Quetico reached it. Jerold Conley struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Columbus Canales didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Glenelg AFC. If Valère Auclair had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Glenelg AFC's Pablo Watkins got control of the ball when Maynard Boudreaux tried to sneak it across the goal line.
