Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Sanford German took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 2nd match minute, Barrhead was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chauncey Gleason to maneuver through the defense. Sanford German fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nathaniel Norman having to interfere. If Leslie Lincoln had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Glenelg AFC booed when Barrhead was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Irving Woodruff didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jorge Burris was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 27th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 29 minutes into the match, Barrhead's goal looked a bit too open when Sanford German came free, but Nathaniel Norman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joesph Bruner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Pablo Watkins tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 41 played minutes Glenelg AFC got a freekick which was hit by Jefferey Binet. When Sanford German came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Glenelg AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sanford German couldn't finish the play. Pablo Watkins showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leslie Lincoln in the 46th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joesph Bruner was the one to do the kick off. Jerold Conley might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nathaniel Norman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jerold Conley ran back to his position shaking his head. Sanford German blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nathaniel Norman having to make a save. In the 56th minute, Elias Meredith hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nathaniel Norman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jerold Conley, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. 59 minutes into the match, Jerold Conley had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nathaniel Norman. Barrhead's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jerold Conley was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Jefferey Binet hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Arden McRae hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. 77 minutes into the match, Jefferey Binet had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nathaniel Norman. Barrhead's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jefferey Binet was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. After a defensive mix-up in Glenelg AFC's zone, Leslie Lincoln stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pablo Watkins came out of the goal and Leslie Lincoln tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 83rd match minute, Glenelg AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rémi Chamberlain to maneuver through the defense. Jerold Conley sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Pablo Watkins stood somewhat misplaced when Leslie Lincoln came free in front of goal and shot 3-1 to the left of him in the 89 minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Jerold Conley managed to get in a good position for a shot. Glenelg AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jerold Conley was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nathaniel Norman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Barrhead's Irving Woodruff got a free kick in the 98th minute. In the 99th minute, Jorge Burris sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Barrhead's Nathaniel Norman didn't even have to move. Barrhead's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
