The audience thought a goal was coming when Sébastien Dennis got free with Joseph Conner in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Joseph Conner made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Gustave Hughes sent off a good shot on target. Joseph Conner made an important save on a dangerous shot by Harris Preston in the 11th minute. Hubert Champagne's late challenge caught a Québec FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hubert Champagne helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Llavallol getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Hubert Champagne hit a great ball. Austin Dennis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cole Waite in the 17th minute of the match. Austin Dennis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hubert Champagne in the 18th minute of play. In the 20th match minute, Llavallol was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Levi Bender to maneuver through the defense. Québec FC's Austin Dennis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cole Waite in the 25th minute of play. In the 25th minute, Sébastien Dennis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dewitt Flores received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Austin Dennis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 35 minutes into the match, Bulut Akyazıcıoğlu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Austin Dennis. Québec FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bulut Akyazıcıoğlu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. The supporters of Québec FC booed when Llavallol was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernard Lajoie didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 46th minute Cole Waite shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Austin Dennis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cole Waite received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Austin Dennis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

After 53 minutes of play, Québec FC's Harris Preston made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joseph Conner was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 58th minute Levi Bender shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Austin Dennis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cole Waite scored 3-3 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Austin Dennis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Austin Dennis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bulut Akyazıcıoğlu in the 62nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bulut Akyazıcıoğlu in the 64th minute of play forced Québec FC's goalkeeper Austin Dennis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sébastien Dennis kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Bulut Akyazıcıoğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Llavallol's supporters rose to their feet, but Bulut Akyazıcıoğlu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Austin Dennis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 86 minutes of play, Québec FC's Lauren Rosen made it 4-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joseph Conner was left in no man's land by his defense there! Austin Dennis made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Cole Waite sent off a good shot on target. With 96 minutes on the clock, Granville Long commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The supporters of Llavallol booed when Québec FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Granville Long didn't get a good kick on the ball. Llavallol were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
