An unexpectedly hard shot by Granville Richards in the 8th minute of play forced Gambo's goalkeeper Vince Jarrell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Marty Wang came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Gambo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marty Wang couldn't finish the play. Vince Jarrell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Granville Richards, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. In the 19th match minute, Gambo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Asa Chaney to maneuver through the defense. When Rosetown FC's Granville Richards in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gambo's goalie prevented a goal. Stanton Rose received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Vince Jarrell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 27th minute, Leandro Lofton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eliseo DuLin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Jed McDaniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marty Wang took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jed McDaniel. Jed McDaniel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 36th minute, Vincent Rivard hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 45th minute, Eliseo DuLin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jed McDaniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marty Wang, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Granville Richards made a kick off. In the 51st minute Granville Richards shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vince Jarrell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eliseo DuLin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jed McDaniel having to interfere. After some careless play in the Rosetown FC defense, Vincent Rivard kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jed McDaniel. The Rosetown FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jed McDaniel should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Granville Richards's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vince Jarrell was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. 60 minutes into the game, Stanton Rose cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Vince Jarrell was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Vince Jarrell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Granville Richards in the 66th minute of play. Stanton Rose received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Vince Jarrell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Gambo's zone, Granville Richards stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vince Jarrell came out of the goal and Granville Richards tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 86 minutes into the match, Marty Wang notched a goal, 3-3, to the right of Rosetown FC's Jed McDaniel. Jed McDaniel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Granville Richards fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vince Jarrell having to interfere. Buddy McCloud charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Buddy McCloud the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Gambo booed when Rosetown FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Buddy McCloud didn't get a good kick on the ball. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
