Pangnirtung's Lyman English played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by François Blackmon in the 29th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Rayford Davenport hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pangnirtung's Porfirio Mullen got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Dundee United FC SC's Mack Guy in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pangnirtung's goalie prevented a goal. 36 minutes into the game, Mack Guy was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rayford Davenport charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rayford Davenport the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Rayford Davenport hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. 54 minutes into the match, Cody Swartz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Emerson Walter. Dundee United FC SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cody Swartz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Lyman English was out of position in the 58 minute of play, and François Blackmon capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. François Blackmon really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Pangnirtung's Lyman English played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rayford Davenport in the 61st minute of play. After having played for 63 minutes, Mack Guy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dundee United FC SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mack Guy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Emerson Walter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Monroe Diaz in the 67th minute of play. 68 minutes into the game, Dundee United FC SC's Mack Guy nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lyman English made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. The audience was convinced that Mack Guy's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lyman English was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. François Blackmons short, quick shot in the 82ndth minute got Lyman English to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 84th minute, Dundee United FC SC's Rayford Davenport dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. François Blackmon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Lyman English tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 90th minute Monroe Diaz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emerson Walter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emerson Walter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Monroe Diaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. François Blackmon in the 94thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Lyman English, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The supporters of Pangnirtung booed when Dundee United FC SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rayford Davenport didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Dundee United FC SC's zone, Cody Swartz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emerson Walter came out of the goal and Cody Swartz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Dundee United FC SC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
