The audience was convinced that Nicky Lacharité's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jayson Goins was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. In the 11th minute, Quebec city FC's Herman Hall dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Jerrell Wooten kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. 4-0 became the score in the 20th minute when Herman Hall elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 23rd minute, Quebec city FC's Herman Hall dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-0. Mauro Jodion hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Harvey Rivard hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. When Jerrell Wooten came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Quebec city FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jerrell Wooten couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Quebec city FC getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Jefferson Tatum hit a great ball. Pat Grier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Nicky Lacharité had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Pat Grier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nelson FC's Jayson Goins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicky Lacharité in the 68th minute of play. Jayson Goins made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pat Grier in the 70th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Nicky Lacharité's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jayson Goins was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Herman Hall in the 74th minute of play forced Nelson FC's goalkeeper Jayson Goins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th match minute, Quebec city FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harvey Rivard to maneuver through the defense. Zachary Bourque fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Buford Lim having to interfere. Harvey Rivard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 80 minutes into the match, Nicky Lacharité had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jayson Goins. Nelson FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nicky Lacharité was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zachary Bourque during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Zachary Bourque kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the match, Nicky Lacharité had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jayson Goins. Nelson FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nicky Lacharité was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0.
