The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Calixto Abarca stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Naike Hubieta hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. A collision led to ECCORAZ FC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Serafo Galdamez hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Blooming FC's zone, Horia Tataru stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Toribio Abajas came out of the goal and Horia Tataru tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 67 minutes, Horia Tataru managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ECCORAZ FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Horia Tataru was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Horia Tataru managed to get in a good position for a shot. ECCORAZ FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Horia Tataru was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Toribio Abajas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 74th match minute, Blooming FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cirilo Abancens to maneuver through the defense. Serafo Galdamez took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 75th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Toribio Abajas. Blooming FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Horia Tataru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute.
