Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Urki Abarca started the match with the kick off. Alberto Abello made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frederik Garzon in the 5th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Wolverines's zone, Frederik Garzon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alberto Abello came out of the goal and Frederik Garzon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 9 minutes, Urki Abarca mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Wolverines and the Ispaya AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Segio Zalo, 10 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Ivon Basconess short, quick shot in the 12thth minute got Alberto Abello to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Gartzen Yaner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ariel Abaurre in the 15th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Ivon Bascones took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Alberto Abello to make any attempt to save it. After a rather tough play, Ispaya AFC's Xeromo Teberga got a free kick in the 21st minute. In the 25th minute, Frederik Garzon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Modestio Abad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 38th minute, Tolino Echandi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ariel Abaurre charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ariel Abaurre the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Ispaya AFC booed when Wolverines was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ariel Abaurre didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 43 minutes, Xeromo Teberga mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ispaya AFC and the Wolverines players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 43rd minute, Xeromo Teberga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wolverines's Sasoin Abascal got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ispaya AFC's Gartzen Yaner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Modestio Abad in the 46th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Frederik Garzon to make the kick off. Ivon Bascones fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alberto Abello having to interfere. Alberto Abello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivon Bascones, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. If Ivon Bascones had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 64thth minute of the game Ivon Bascones who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wolverines's Alberto Abello was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 69th minute Ariel Abaurre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gartzen Yaner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frederik Garzon in the 74th minute of play forced Wolverines's goalkeeper Alberto Abello to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ispaya AFC's Frederik Garzon got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ivon Bascones blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alberto Abello having to make a save. Alberto Abello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivon Bascones, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. 88 minutes into the match, Frederik Garzon had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alberto Abello. Wolverines's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Frederik Garzon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. If Ivon Bascones had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Wolverines's zone, Frederik Garzon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alberto Abello came out of the goal and Frederik Garzon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ispaya AFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
