In the 5th match minute, Arevalo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sedeni Pecha to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Egana FC's Errando Roza got a free kick in the 10th minute. A hard shot by Teofilo Chavarria from long distance, 10 minutes into the match, got Llorenc Usel's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Egana FC's Llorenc Usel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Egana FC from getting a goal against them. Totakoxe Lluba had several of the Egana FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 13 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Llorenc Usel as he didn't even see the shot coming. When Sedeni Pecha fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Arevalo's protests and gave Sedeni Pecha a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Egana FC booed when Arevalo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sedeni Pecha didn't get a good kick on the ball. Albano Artacho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Leonides Carrero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Teofilo Chavarria during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 18 played minutes Arevalo got a freekick which was hit by Teofilo Chavarria. After a rather tough play, Egana FC's Zenon Cebadilla got a free kick in the 25th minute. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Totakoxe Lluba to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Herena Durante shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Llorenc Usel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Arevalo's Leonides Carrero got control of the ball when Albano Artacho tried to sneak it across the goal line. Arevalo's Totakoxe Lluba got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Herena Durante received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Llorenc Usel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 73rd minute, Herena Durante got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Egana FC defense, Totakoxe Lluba kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Llorenc Usel. The Egana FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Llorenc Usel should have stopped the shot. Egana FC's Llorenc Usel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herena Durante in the 84th minute of play. Llorenc Usel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Totakoxe Lluba, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. When Totakoxe Lluba came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Arevalo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Totakoxe Lluba couldn't finish the play. Totakoxe Lluba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Egana FC's Llorenc Usel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Totakoxe Lluba in the 99th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Arevalo fans cheered their team off the field, for while Egana FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
