When the match clock showed 22 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Sesuldo Redondo sped through usa club's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Joanes Herrea. If Marcelo Izmendi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Isadoro Cimas's late challenge caught a Carqueja AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Isadoro Cimas helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, usa club's Isadoro Cimas got a free kick in the 31st minute. Bakar Cerra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ostadar Remiro having to interfere. In the 35th minute, Sesuldo Redondo made a precise shot to the right of Joanes Herrea. usa club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. usa club's Joanes Herrea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelo Izmendi in the 38th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

When Telesforo Temiño came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the usa club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Telesforo Temiño couldn't finish the play. Telesforo Temiño took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ostadar Remiro. Ostadar Remiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. After 76 played minutes usa club got a freekick which was hit by Oton Loranza. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcelo Izmendi in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joanes Herrea saved usa club from getting behind. After a rather tough play, usa club's Berasko Mazule got a free kick in the 80th minute. In the 83rd minute Telesforo Temiño shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ostadar Remiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 84 played minutes Carqueja AFC got a freekick which was hit by Perpinya Temporal. In the 86th match minute, usa club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Berasko Mazule to maneuver through the defense. After 92 played minutes usa club got a freekick which was hit by Berasko Mazule. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcelo Izmendi in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joanes Herrea saved usa club from getting behind. 97 minutes into the match, usa club's goalkeeper Joanes Herrea had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sesuldo Redondo. The Carqueja AFC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Carqueja AFC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
