Chan Olate got a fine position in front of goal ttaking advantage of the opportunity to rumble in 3-1 in the right cross in the 18th match minute before Bazkoare Fueyo had time to react. Chan Olate could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Bazkoare Fueyo made a huge save. Chan Olate fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bazkoare Fueyo having to interfere. Jose Amigo hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Gremio Aletico Clube's Martin Casias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severino Piñango in the 28th minute of play. After having played for 30 minutes, Chan Olate managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gremio Aletico Clube's supporters crossed their fingers, but Chan Olate was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 37th minute, Serapio Brunet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Laurendi Navajas fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gremio Aletico Clube's protests and gave Laurendi Navajas a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Gremio Aletico Clube getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Laurendi Navajas hit a great ball. Martin Casias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severino Piñango in the 41st minute of play. Francho Urruchua fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bazkoare Fueyo having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-2.

The wind increased when Francho Urruchua made the kick off in the second half. Menafra's Bazkoare Fueyo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Senio Ezguerra in the 55th minute of play. Bazkoare Fueyo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francho Urruchua, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Sengrat Vitoria scored 4-2 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bazkoare Fueyo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gremio Aletico Clube's Chan Olate got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Francho Urruchua sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 69th minute Chan Olate shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bazkoare Fueyo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chan Olate received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Bazkoare Fueyo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 80 minutes into the match, Senio Ezguerra had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bazkoare Fueyo. Menafra's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Senio Ezguerra was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-2. Francho Urruchua scored 6-2 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bazkoare Fueyo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 87th minute Laurendi Navajas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bazkoare Fueyo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Menafra's Bazkoare Fueyo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sengrat Vitoria in the 88th minute of play.
