Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Soter Molinillo started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Buricayupi FC getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Joseph Ruis hit a great ball. Christovao Campillo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Soter Molinillo's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. In the 9thth minute of the game Bibiano Valdemoro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Buricayupi FC's Christovao Campillo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Soter Molinillo kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Buricayupi FC's zone, Bibiano Valdemoro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Christovao Campillo came out of the goal and Bibiano Valdemoro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Soter Molinillo in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Christovao Campillo saved Buricayupi FC from getting behind. 15 minutes into the match, Vellito Bernaldez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sidoro Farre. Tacuarembo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vellito Bernaldez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Joseph Uriszar charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Joseph Uriszar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Tacuarembo's Joseph Uriszar got a free kick in the 21st minute. Christovao Campillo came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Tacuarembo's Soter Molinillo. But to his dismay, Soter Molinillo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Illan Echenique succeeded in the game's 32nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-1. Soter Molinillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Christovao Campillo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Bibiano Valdemoro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tacuarembo's supporters rose to their feet, but Bibiano Valdemoro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Christovao Campillo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Tacuarembo's zone, Illan Echenique stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sidoro Farre came out of the goal and Illan Echenique tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Illan Echenique stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Illan Echenique in the 52nd minute of play forced Tacuarembo's goalkeeper Sidoro Farre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Buricayupi FC's Christovao Campillo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Buricayupi FC from getting a goal against them. Bibiano Valdemoro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Christovao Campillo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 72nd minute by Bibiano Valdemoro got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. If Soter Molinillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 83 minutes into the game, Soter Molinillo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Christovao Campillo. Soter Molinillo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. Bibiano Valdemoro hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. When Illan Echenique came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Buricayupi FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Illan Echenique couldn't finish the play.
