Fernando Collantes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Blasco Miralles in the 41st minute of the match. In the 45th minute, 陆卫夕 made a precise shot to the right of Fernando Collantes. Palmitas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-2 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell 陆卫夕 to make the kick off. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpected shot in the 59th minute by 陆卫夕 got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. If 陆卫夕 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 64 played minutes Palmitas got a freekick which was hit by Froila Cevallo. With a couple of smart ball manuevers 陆卫夕 in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fernando Collantes saved Palmitas from getting behind. Blasco Miralles's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fernando Collantes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play.
