The audience thought a goal was coming when Danilo Dragranda got free with Zacarias Alaiz in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Mitxaut Mendez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tarariras's supporters rose to their feet, but Mitxaut Mendez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Guillelmus Deco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zacarias Alaiz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tolek Ratulowski in the 36th minute of play. 38 minutes into the game, VARZELONA's Danilo Dragranda nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot.
