Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Argi Barricat kicked off to start the match. The supporters of Menafra booed when Cerrezuelo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marco Castells didn't get a good kick on the ball. Argi Barricat took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hug Echeguren. Hug Echeguren dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Cerrezuelo's Javiar Falavarte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xavieon Leza in the 8th minute of play. 11 minutes into the match, Cerrezuelo's goal looked a bit too open when Xavieon Leza came free, but Javiar Falavarte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 12 minutes, Marco Castells managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cerrezuelo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marco Castells was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Xavieon Leza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 16 minutes into the game, Evelio Barrionuevo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Menafra's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cerrezuelo the free kick. A collision led to Menafra getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Evelio Barrionuevo hit a great ball. In the 18thth minute of the game Argi Barricat who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Menafra's Hug Echeguren was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 19 minutes into the game, Gorbea Arcas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cerrezuelo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Menafra the free kick. In the 19th minute, Gorbea Arcas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gorbea Arcas got his second yellow card in the match during the 23rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of Menafra booed when Cerrezuelo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gorbea Arcas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lisandro Moiselo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Javiar Falavarte having to interfere. 29 minutes into the match, Cerrezuelo's goalkeeper Javiar Falavarte had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lisandro Moiselo. Lisandro Moiselo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Javiar Falavarte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hug Echeguren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Castells in the 38th minute of play. Marco Castells recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 42nd minute Marco Castells shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hug Echeguren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Javiar Falavarte stood somewhat misplaced when Xavieon Leza came free in front of goal and shot 1-1 to the left of him in the 45 minute.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Xavieon Leza to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Cerrezuelo's zone, Lisandro Moiselo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Javiar Falavarte came out of the goal and Lisandro Moiselo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Xavieon Leza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lisandro Moiselo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Javiar Falavarte having to interfere. After 67 played minutes Cerrezuelo got a freekick which was hit by Gaitan Fanego. 68 minutes into the match, Menafra's Gilabert Berda broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After a rather tough play, Cerrezuelo's Argi Barricat got a free kick in the 69th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Xavieon Leza managed to get in a good position for a shot. Menafra's supporters rose to their feet, but Xavieon Leza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Javiar Falavarte breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 75 minutes into the match, Menafra's goalkeeper Hug Echeguren had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marco Castells. Javiar Falavarte didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lisandro Moiselo went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Argi Barricat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Menafra's Hug Echeguren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Menafra from getting a goal against them. Lisandro Moiselo might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Javiar Falavarte. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lisandro Moiselo ran back to his position shaking his head. Javiar Falavarte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xavieon Leza in the 91st minute of the match. If Lisandro Moiselo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 96 minutes, Lourenco Marsol mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cerrezuelo and the Menafra players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Cerrezuelo fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 95th minute. Penalty! For all the effort they put into the match, the Cerrezuelo players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Menafra.
