Santio Sabando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jusepe Insausti having to interfere. 10 minutes into the game, Satawat Páez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Algorta's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Reynold FC the free kick. After recieving a nice pass, Reynold FC's Lawrence Paris tried to score from far away in the 11th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The supporters of Reynold FC booed when Algorta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ekaitz Vidaurre didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Caitano Avienzo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jusepe Insausti stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Santio Sabando's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. 19 minutes into the match, Algorta's goalkeeper Donattello Kiatcharoenchai had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Caitano Avienzo. 20 minutes into the game, Alberto Perojo threw the ball into play from the sideline. Algorta's Saturnin Borja quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Santio Sabando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Jusepe Insausti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mitxaut Guerrico kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. When Mitxaut Guerrico fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Reynold FC's protests and gave Mitxaut Guerrico a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Algorta booed when Reynold FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mitxaut Guerrico didn't get a good kick on the ball. 34 minutes into the match, Algorta's Santio Sabando sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jusepe Insausti narrowly saved just below the crossbar. During the 36th minute of the match Mitxaut Guerrico completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Mitxaut Guerrico a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Donattello Kiatcharoenchai took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Caitano Avienzo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Reynold FC's goalkeeper Jusepe Insausti, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Algorta's Jordi Saracha got a free kick in the 47th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Caitano Avienzo to strike the kick off in the second half. A hard, long distance shot from Gar Grimaldo flew over the goal. A collision led to Reynold FC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Teofilio Zubicoeta hit a great ball. Algorta's Santio Sabando got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Teofilio Zubicoeta hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Santio Sabando who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 73rdth minute tested the skills of Jusepe Insausti when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 74th minute, Gar Grimaldo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Santio Sabando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Santio Sabando blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jusepe Insausti having to make a save. Algorta's attentive Saturnin Borja managed to snatch the ball when Alberto Perojo made a throw-in in the 93rd minute of the game. Algorta were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
