The shot didn't have enough spin and went out of bounds to the left of the goal. The supporters of Candil FC booed when CD Jovani Vázquez was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chorche Abellaneda didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eder Carbo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilfredo Viado, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. After a rather tough play, CD Jovani Vázquez's Garaona Lorza got a free kick in the 11th minute. In the 13th minute, Wilfredo Viado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of CD Jovani Vázquez booed when Candil FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frichoso Acaron didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Wilfredo Viado took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Eder Carbo to make any attempt to save it. Garaona Lorza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Selatse Cascos during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Candil FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Selatse Cascos hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horacio Barreiros in the 30th minute of play forced CD Jovani Vázquez's goalkeeper Bras Castellon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Garaona Lorza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eder Carbo having to interfere. When Selatse Cascos was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 36 minutes had been played. In the 36th minute, Selatse Cascos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jerrald Caldera hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. After 48 played minutes, Candil FC's Ysidro Beltran shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Bras Castellon came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Candil FC reached it. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Horacio Barreiros got free with Bras Castellon in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 60th minute Nicolas Miñaca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bras Castellon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eder Carbo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wilfredo Viado's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. Eder Carbo came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by CD Jovani Vázquez's Wilfredo Viado. But to his dismay, Wilfredo Viado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. After having played for 79 minutes, Wilfredo Viado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CD Jovani Vázquez's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wilfredo Viado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 80 minutes of play Candil FC's Frichoso Acaron was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of CD Jovani Vázquez booed when Candil FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frichoso Acaron didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Candil FC defense, Wilfredo Viado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eder Carbo. The Candil FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eder Carbo should have stopped the shot. Wilfredo Viado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Eder Carbo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wilfredo Viado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eder Carbo having to interfere. Wilfredo Viado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
